About this book
Celaena is sent to Wendlyn by the king of Adarlan, supposedly on a mission, but her real aim is to uncover the secrets of the Wyrdkeys, which can open a door to the realm of the Valg. She begins in a state of deep despair after the tragedies of the previous book.
She meets the Fae prince Rowan Whitethorn, who takes her to the Fae queen Maeve, who is her aunt, and trains her to control her magic. The book ends on the edge of a war that could set her loyalties to her own people against those she has come to love. The third Throne of Glass book by Sarah J. Maas.
