Bard's Oath

The long-awaited sequel to the epic fantasy Dragon and Phoenix, and the conclusion of the Dragonlord series Joanne Bertin's Bard's Oath is a story of feuding, revenge, and ultimately the fight for justice as Bard Leet attempts to punish those he believes robbed him of the love of his life and of his nephew, pursuing a series of deadly grudges against his own compatriots. Lord Sevrynel's renowned horse fair is where our story begins, where enemies race for wealth and pride, the darkest of magic is called upon and innocent lives put in peril. The fate of one man, on trial for a heinous murder, will ultimately depend upon Linden, the strongest of the dragonlords. With the help of his loyal companions, Linden must discover where the true evil lies and expose it before it's too late.
